When answers are everywhere, our questions become decisive.
What is my contribution when machines take on more and more of the work? What makes experience valuable when knowledge is available at any moment? And how do we find answers together that no one would reach alone?
What matters is what this produces for our work: better judgment, new forms of collaboration, and the ability to recognize possibilities and shape them responsibly.
Three keynotes. One question about the future.
New perspectives. That move people.
For events meant to set something in motion. Each keynote opens a different way into the value of human work.
01 Knowledge & judgment
Your knowledge is dead. It just doesn’t know it yet.
What is left of my expertise when answers are available at any time?
More about this keynote
Existing knowledge alone will not secure our future contribution. What counts is your judgment. How we question, place things in context and connect them with other perspectives. A keynote about learning, experience and the quality of our judgment. Deeply human.
Tell knowledge and understanding apart
Question your own certainties productively
Redefine your contribution in the age of AI
For leadership, HR and education formats as well as professional conferences.
Collective Intelligence: how teams get smarter together.
Every organization holds more intelligence than it uses today.
More about this keynote
Different people in the same room do not yet add up to collective intelligence. How do we design collaboration so that knowledge takes effect across boundaries and teams learn, think and decide together?
Use difference as a source of new insight
Recognize the conditions for thinking together
Look again at the role of leadership and trust
For leadership summits, team and strategy days, and association conferences.
AI changes organizations when people shape what it makes possible.
More about this keynote
HMx asks how people and machines can amplify each other’s strengths. Which work do we want to change? Which capabilities do we build for it? And how do leaders shape that interplay?
Think beyond automation and efficiency
Combine human and machine strengths
Understand leadership as building new capabilities
For AI and innovation conferences, corporate events and leadership teams.
What made organizations great is what holds them in place today.
Success writes itself into an organization. It becomes beliefs, processes, unwritten rules about how things are done here. As long as the market stays stable, that is an advantage. When it turns, the same things become barriers. Invisible ones, because they feel like common sense. An organization does not become fit for the future by abolishing these patterns, but by deciding together which ones still carry it and which ones it is merely holding on to.
That judgment emerges collectively was, for a long time, a conviction from practice. By now it is documented. Together with Prof. Dr. Katharina-Maria Rehfeld of the International University, I examined what actually makes transformations succeed in the DACH region. Organizations that combine collective and artificial intelligence are up to five times more successful. These are exactly the constellations I build. Not a workshop feeling, but craft.
With ... and dos Santos I work with corporations and mid-sized companies, among them ZEISS, Deutsche Bahn and Beiersdorf. I bring thirty years of experience to the stage. What drives me has not changed since childhood: to keep discovering the next possibility and make it usable. To follow questions that have no ready answer yet. And to spark in others the enthusiasm for change that has never let go of me.
